2. Zentraleuropatreffen der Cubasolidarität vom 2.-4.10.2015 in Prag:

Estimados amigos de Cuba:Tenemos el placer de informarles con la suficiente antelación, en su condición de organización de solidaridad con Cuba, sobre la celebración del II Encuentro de Solidaridad de Europa Central con Cuba, que tendría lugar entre los días del 2 al 4 de octubre de 2015 en Praga.El programa detallado junto con otras informaciones acerca del Encuentro les serían enviados más adelante, en el transcurso del mes de junio. Sin embargo, ya en la actualidad, antes del 4 de mayo de 2015 quisiéramos obtener una información preliminar de su parte respecto al interés de su organización en participar en el evento y el número estimado de sus delegados. El monto de registro por participante se ha fijado preliminarmente en 120 EURO (el precio incluye el hospedaje durante dos noches, la pensión, la traducción, el alquiler de las salas de reuniones, el transporte en Praga).Al mismo tiempo, apreciaríamos sus consideraciones respecto a los temas que según su opinión deberían quedar incluídos en los debates del evento.Estamos remitiendo la invitación a todas las organizaciones de solidaridad de los siguientes países (por el orden alfabético): Alemania, Austria, Azerbaiyan, Bélgica, Bosnia y Hercegovina, Bulgaria, Chipre, Eslovaquia, Grecia, Hungría, Italia, Luxemburgo, Malta, Polonia, Rumanía, Rusia, Serbia, Suiza, Turquía.

]Dear Friends of Cuba, We would like to inform in sufficient advance you, representatives of Associations of Solidarity with Cuba, about the II. Central-European Meeting of Solidarity with Cuba, to be held between October 2 and 4, 2015, in Prague, Czech Republic. We would like to pick up on the successful I. Central-European Meeting of Solidarity with Cuba, held in Vienna, Austria, in 2014. It is a great pleasure for us to stand up for this challenge and to carry out the meeting honourably. We would like to send you a detailed agenda of the meeting, together with other necessary information, during June the latest. However, we would welcome with pleasure your preliminary information about possible attendance of your organisation’s delegate (or delegates, if you like, specifying the number of them) on the meeting before May 4, 2015. The participant gen fee is € 120 (the price includes a two-nights-accommodation, foods, interpretations, the conference rooms’ fees and your transport within Prague, from/to the airport included).In the same time, we welcome your proposal of concrete topics to be discussed during the meeting in your opinions. This invitation has been sent by us to the Solidarity Organizations from following countries (in alphabetical order): Austria; Azerbaijan; Belgium, Bosnia & Herzegovina; Bulgaria; Cyprus; Germany; Greece; Hungary; Italy; Luxembourg; Malta; Poland; Romania; Russia; Slovakia; Serbia; Switzerland; Turkey.
